Our Mission
Cannon Cottage exists to change the trajectory for young adults aging out of foster care. Each year, more than 20,000 youth transition out of the system without family, permanency, or a safety net — and far too many face homelessness, incarceration, or tragedy within just a few years. We refuse to accept that outcome as inevitable.
Our mission is to provide a safe, stable, and empowering home where young adults can heal, grow, and build the future they deserve. We focus on restoring trust through authentic relationships, creating a sense of belonging, and offering the tools, guidance, and support needed to thrive. Through our holistic housing model, stability becomes more than a roof — it becomes community, dignity, and the freedom to build a life on their own terms.
What We Offer
​Cannon Cottage, a group home for youth aged 18-21 who have aged out of the foster care system. We offer comprehensive support to help young adults transition into independent living. Our services include:

Individualized Support Plans. Each resident receives a personalized plan that reflects their goals, needs, and aspirations.
